Terms of Service
1. The service
BTC CONFIRM (“we”) provides (a) a free service that rebroadcasts already-signed Bitcoin transactions to public nodes and block explorers, (b) free informational tools, and (c) a paid “premium acceleration” service in which we work to get a submitted transaction included in a block, using acceleration methods and service providers of our choice.
2. No custody, no keys
We never take custody of the coins in the transaction you accelerate and never ask for private keys, seed phrases or wallet passwords. The transaction ID you submit is public information.
3. Prices and invoices
Premium acceleration is sold in packages (Standard, Fast, Priority, Express) at the prices shown on the website. An invoice locks the price for 60 minutes. Each invoice has a unique amount used to identify your payment automatically. You must send the exact amount on the network shown. Payments sent on the wrong network, in the wrong asset or with an incorrect amount may be impossible to recover; we will help where technically possible.
4. Performance
Each package has a confirmation target (1 hour, 45, 30 or 10 minutes), counted from the start of acceleration. Blocks are found at random intervals and no party controls exactly when a block is mined, so targets are not guaranteed times. Our guarantee is the refund in section 5.
5. Refunds
If a premium-accelerated transaction remains unconfirmed 24 hours after your payment is confirmed, you may request a full refund of the price paid by contacting support with your order ID. Refunds are sent in the same asset and network you paid with, to an address you provide. Refunds are not available if the transaction was replaced, double-spent or otherwise invalidated by the sender after the order, or if it confirmed. Full details: Refund policy.
6. Eligible transactions
We may decline or cancel an acceleration if the transaction is already confirmed, invalid, non-standard, conflicting, part of a pinning attempt, or otherwise ineligible. If we cancel after payment, you receive a full refund.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to interfere with the Bitcoin network, or to abuse rate limits. Automated access to the API requires our permission.
8. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We are not liable for losses caused by network conditions, third-party wallets, exchanges or explorers.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
