Privacy policy

Data we process

• Transaction IDs you submit (public blockchain data), to check status, rebroadcast and accelerate.
• Orders: TXID, chosen payment method, invoice amount and address, the payment transaction reference, and timestamps.
• Email address — only if you choose to give it, to send receipts and status updates.
• Support messages you send through the contact form.
• Technical data: IP addresses are used transiently for rate limiting and abuse prevention and are not stored with orders.

What we don't do

No accounts, no advertising trackers, no sale of data. We never request private keys or seed phrases.

Third parties

To provide the service we query public blockchain explorers and price APIs, submit transactions to public nodes, and use acceleration service providers to process premium orders. If enabled, emails are delivered via a transactional email provider. Hosting is provided by Cloudflare.

Retention

Order records are kept for accounting and refund purposes for up to 3 years. You can ask us to delete your email address at any time via the contact form.
