Questions about paid acceleration

What if my transaction is not confirmed in time?

Package times are confirmation targets counted from the start of acceleration — blocks arrive at random intervals, so occasionally it takes a little longer. Our guarantee is simple: if your transaction is not confirmed within 24 hours, you get a full refund.

Do I need to change or resend my transaction?

No. Acceleration works on the original transaction as it is. Do not create a conflicting transaction while an acceleration is in progress.

How long is the quoted price valid?

Your invoice locks the price for 60 minutes. If it expires, simply create a new one from the order page — fees and exchange rates are re-checked.

What if I send the wrong amount?

Each invoice has a unique amount so that we can match your payment automatically. If you send a different amount or use the wrong network, contact support with your order ID and payment hash — we will sort it out manually.

Can I accelerate a transaction with unconfirmed parents?

Yes. The checker includes unconfirmed ancestors in the calculation (the whole “package”), and the price covers getting them confirmed together.
